Welcome to mhlabel.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site or placing any order. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site.
mhlabel.com is operated by Shenzhen Yateli Printing Co., Ltd. (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), a custom self-adhesive label and wristband manufacturer headquartered in China with more than 18 years of OEM/ODM production experience.
1. Scope of Services
We provide the following services through this Site:
- Custom manufacturing of self-adhesive labels, including but not limited to paper labels, BOPP labels, PET labels, vinyl labels, removable labels, high-temperature resistant labels, and security labels.
- Custom manufacturing of wristbands, including Tyvek wristbands, PP/PVC wristbands, vinyl wristbands, thermal printable wristbands, RFID wristbands, and holographic wristbands.
- Free sample service for qualified B2B buyers (shipping fees may apply).
- Custom artwork design, plate-making, barcode/QR code printing, and OEM/ODM production support.
- International shipping and export documentation support.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are using this Site for legitimate business or personal purposes and not for any unlawful activity.
3. Account Registration
Some features of the Site (such as quote requests, sample requests, or order tracking) may require you to submit your contact information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for the security of any communications you send through our contact forms.
4. Quotes, Orders & Payment
- Quotes: All quotations provided through the Site, by email, or by our sales representatives are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Order Confirmation: An order is considered accepted only after we issue a written Proforma Invoice (PI) or Order Confirmation, and the deposit (typically 50% of the order value) has been received.
- Payment Terms: Standard terms are 50% T/T deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. Other payment methods (L/C, PayPal, Western Union, Trade Assurance) may be available subject to agreement.
- Prices: Prices listed on the Site are for reference only and are not binding. Final prices are confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
- Currency: Prices are quoted in USD by default. Other currencies (EUR, RMB) are available upon request.
5. Production, Lead Time & Shipping
- Sample Lead Time: Typically 3–7 business days after artwork confirmation.
- Bulk Production Lead Time: Typically 7–15 business days after deposit and artwork confirmation, depending on order quantity and complexity.
- Shipping: We support worldwide shipping by air, sea, or international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT). Shipping costs and delivery times are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Shenzhen, China by default).
6. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to the artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs you provide to us.
- You confirm that you own or have obtained the necessary legal rights to use any artwork, logo, brand name, or trademark you submit, and that such use does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
- We reserve the right to refuse production of any order that, in our reasonable judgment, may infringe on intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or contain offensive or unlawful content.
- By submitting artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- For catalog/sample images displayed on the Site, all rights belong to Shenzhen Yateli Printing Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Quality, Inspection & Warranty
- We follow strict quality control procedures, including raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Test reports (SGS, RoHS, FDA, REACH) are available upon request for applicable products.
- We guarantee that products will conform to the specifications confirmed in the Order Confirmation. If products are found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the affected quantity or refund the corresponding payment.
- Any quality claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt of goods. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects covered under Section 7.
- Order cancellations must be submitted in writing before production has started. Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
- Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shenzhen Yateli Printing Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through us.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the buyer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shenzhen Yateli Printing Co., Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as shipping carriers, payment processors, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third-party sites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shenzhen, China, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice issued to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shenzhen Yateli Printing Co., Ltd. with respect to your use of the Site and any products purchased, and supersede all prior communications and proposals.
