Type 1: Full-Transfer VOID Label (Negative VOID - Industry Standard)
The full-transfer VOID label employs differential-release coating technology. Upon removal, the entire VOID pattern (text/logo/graphics) permanently transfers to the substrate surface, while the label facestock becomes a transparent holographic film. This creates highly visible, irreversible tamper evidence — the most widely adopted one-time security seal configuration.
Core Performance:
- Stable delamination effect with permanent VOID residue on substrate
- Label becomes non-functional after removal; cannot be reused
- Compatible with standard rainbow holographic, 2D/3D custom holographic films
- Supports single-color printing, variable data encoding (QR codes, serial numbers)
Standard Specifications: Ø20mm / Ø25mm / Ø30mm (circle), 20×30mm / 30×40mm (rectangle), 20×80mm (strip seal)
Typical Applications: Consumer electronics warranty seals, gift box closure labels, wine/tea/nutraceutical packaging, premium product authentication
Security Level: ★★★☆☆
